Ingredients
Organic cane sugar, water, rose water (plus real saffron or real cinnamon in flavored batches). No preservatives, colors or artificial flavors.
How it's made
Each batch crystallizes slowly over 3–4 weeks, which is what gives nabat its clear, crunchy crystals. Our family began making nabat in the U.S. in 1996 because we couldn't find the real thing here, and we still make it the same way.
